Involved in the fitness industry for 20 years, Sharon is certified with the American Heart Association, a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with the NETA and a Pace Arthritis Foundation instructor. She began in the 1980’s as a competitive bodybuilder participating in various National Physique Committee (NPC) fitness competitions. In 1999, after having 3 children, Sharon pursued a career as a Personal Fitness Trainer specializing in training clients in strength, toning, and optimal performance, and conditioning women pre and post natal. Throughout the year, she attends many NASM functional workshops to help stay on the cutting edge and shares her knowledge with her clients.
In 2005, Sharon returned to competing in the INBF Figure and Body-building Division where she achieved first place and now holds her title as WNBF Pro Figure Competitor. She prides herself on competing in a drug-free organization and hopes to continue to do so. Her most personal goal is to be a good role model for her children and those who want to reach their goals. Her philosophy is with hard work, diet and dedication, anything is possible.

Andrea Hayslip, D.C., CPT has over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She was on the swim team at Brooklyn College where she graduated with a B.S in Physcial Education. She taught Junior High School and High School students physical education.
After some time, Andrea decided to pursue further education by becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.). Having attained her Chiropractic license in 1989, she began to work in the fitness industry. Over time she has received various certifications in the fitness field such as Group Fitness, Spinning, Pilates, Yoga, Resist-a-ball and Bodyworks.
Andrea has personal training certifications with AFPA (American Fitness Professional Association) and ACE (American Council on Exercise). She attends workshops and seminars that keep her up to date on the current trends in the field.
Some training philosophies she lives by are: “ If you train hard, you’ll be hard and you’ll be hard to beat." – Herschell Walker and “What the mind can conceive, the body can achieve.” – Napolean Hill

She will provide you with the necessary tools, positive encouragement, and motivation you will need to achieve your health and fitness goals. Incorporating the H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) principle she will be able to provide you with a total body workout in 60 minutes or less designed to burn calories.
In her spare time, she is the conditioning coach for her oldest daughter’s basketball team and her younger daughter’s soccer team. She likes to take class at CKO, lift weights and ride her bicycle outdoors.

These new classes will challenge your body through an exciting strength, conditioning and endurance training workout that will have your heart pumping and body feel like it just went pro.
Abs and Butt: This class will focuse on the core and lower body. Squats, lunges, plyometrics, and a variety of exercises for your abdominal area are put together in the perfect combination to give you the results you desire!
Fit-Camp: This is an up-tempo class that will utilize the weight room, kettle bells, medicine balls, agility ladders, plyo boxes, power ropes, TRX and much more. This class will also emphasize proper technique when using any of the equipment or when performing any body weight exercises.
